Ελληνικά Richard D. - 5 of 5 Stars!

I highly recommend this oolong. I have tried the cheaper china oolong but was not as satisfied. This delightful Oolong from Taiwan produced in the classic Jade style is slightly oxidized and produces an infusion that is delicate and smooth with a slight lingering floral sweetness.

Oolong tea undergoes a few delicate processes in order to produce the unique aroma and taste. Typical Oolong tea is processed according to the following steps:
1. Wilting (wěidiāo): Sun dry or air dry to remove some moisture. 2. Yaoqing (y?oqīng): To bruise the edge of the tea leaf to create more contacting surface for oxidization. 3. Rouqing (rσuqīng): The tea leaves are tumbled or rubbed for the next stage. 4. Shaqing (shāqīng): Process to stop further oxidation. 5. Cooling: 6. Drying: To remove excessive moisture. 7. Grading 8.
