How do I add items to my shopping cart?
You can add items to your shopping cart by browsing through our categories and/or our website, and then simply pressing or clicking the "buy now" button or the "add to cart" button. You can also use our search engine to find products easier.

How can I delete an unwanted item from my shopping cart?
To remove an item, simply set its quantity to zero or check the box next to the item you wish to remove in the remove column of the cart and press the "update" button.

"How do I place an order?"
To place an order, simply add all desired items to your shopping cart and checkout. You can add items to your shopping cart by browsing through our categories and/or our website, and then simply pressing or clicking the "buy now" button or the "add to cart" button.
By clicking on the "shopping cart" link in the upper right hand corner you will be able to see all items within the cart. At this point, you can change the quantity of items you'd like to order, delete an item, empty the shopping cart, continue shopping, or check out. You may change quantities by entering a desired number and hitting the "upadate"button. To remove an item, simply set its quantity to zero or check the box next to the item you wihsh to remove in the remove column of the cart and press the "update" button. Once you have finished editing your order , please hit the "checkout" button to begin finalizing your order.

After I have placed my order, can I check the status on it?
YES. Simply click on the "My Account" link in the upper right hand corner view order and account information.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal.

Is the ordering process secure?
YES! Our ordering process is totally secure from beginning to end.
Our website uses the latest 128-bit encryption technology to protect your personal information. You will notice that the prefix of our internet address changes from "http" to "https" denoting a secure site. Also a lock symbol appears in the right or left hand corner of your browser when processing your order.

"What about my Privacy? Is my personal information safe?"
We keep all your information private and secure. All orders are placed through our secure server, and we will not release this information to any third party. Please review our privacy policy for more information.

What is your return policy?

We try to keep all our customers satisfied with each and every order they make. We will gladly accept back any item that was purchased within 20 days from the date of shipment that you do not wish to keep. Samples are not returnable.

We require that you return the items, new, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. If the seal has been tampered with we will not accept the return and the tea will be immediately disposed of. It remains to our discretion to determine if the return is accepted and refundable.

You will have the choice between a refund, an exchange of equal or lesser value.

No refund will be made for shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns or exchange one product for another unless we have made a mistake in your order or unless we are out of stock of a replacement. The usual process is that you would send back the product and upon inspecting its fault we will deliver you a new product.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
Our shipping rates are very reasonable. All rates within European destinations are calculated based on weight starting from as low as 3.90.

We currently ship to virtually every country in the world. All orders are charged in Euros.

How can I change the email address on my account?
The email address should remain the same as it acts as your unique account identifier. If you still wish to change your email address you would need to create a new account with new information.

"Is there any sales tax?"
Due to our geographical location we are obligated to charge 10% sales tax on all purchases to countries with the European Union. For other countries there is NO TAX.

I do not have a credit card, can I still place an order?
Unfortunately at this time we do not accept checks or money orders, because the process of clearing is time consuming and frequently delays shipping and processing of orders.

"How do I send a gift to another address?"
To send to a different address, simply select "or enter a new address" in the shipping address section of checkout and enter the gift recipient's address.

"Where's your phone number?"
