Japan Genmaicha "Fudjijama"
Japanese specialty tea made from Genmai (rice) and Bancha, hence the name Genmaicha. This type of tea was originally drunk by the Japanese working class.Today it is considered a Japanese specialty. Its flavor is mild and agreeable and combines the fresh grassy flavor of green tea with the nutty flavor of the rice. An interesting taste due to the puffed rice with a bright cup.
