Ελληνικά Richard D. - 5 of 5 Stars!

I highly recommend this oolong. I have tried the cheaper china oolong but was not as satisfied. This delightful Oolong from Taiwan produced in the classic Jade style is slightly oxidized and produces an infusion that is delicate and smooth with a slight lingering floral sweetness.

Did You Know...

It is said that Wu Liang (later corrupted to Wu Long, or Oolong) discovered oolong tea by accident when he was distracted by a deer after a hard day's tea-picking, and by the time he remembered about the tea it had already started to oxidise. Others say that the tea is called "oolong" because the leaves look like little black dragons that wake when hot water is poured on them.
