Below we give the conditions and ways to return non-defective or damaged goods.
- We can replace products are ONLY accessories not included anything in the food category.
- Tsai.gr must be informed through email (firstname.lastname@example.org with subject cancellation) within the first 7 days of the delivery date.
- We require that you return the items, new, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- All returns must be accompanied by the relevant documents (receipt or invoice).
- In case of refund, the total shipping costs of your order and the subsequent return shipment will be paid by the client.
Once the product has been approved for return, you will have a choice between a refund (if you paid by credit card) or exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Packing and Shipping Returns:
- Pack the product in a bigger box to be protected during shipment.
- You must include in your return package the relevant sales receipt or invoice.
- The parcel will be sent through the courier from which you received your order.
- Please note that the return shipping costs are incurred by the customer.
You may cancel your order at any time up to Order Confirmation.
If your order has not been processed
from our department we can gladly cancel your order, remove or even
add products (only if payment is made by cash on delivery) to the order.
Please express this request by e-mail to: email@example.com with subject cancel and the number of your order.
